Home Inspection Rates

The cost of the home inspection will vary with the size and condition of the property. Please call for a firm quote "prior" to your home inspections.  Payment is due at the time of the inspection. Most typical home inspections will take approximately 2.5 ~ 3.0 hours on site to complete based on size and condition.

You need not be present during the inspection however, it may be beneficial for you to be present. Seeing the property through the inspector's eyes may be beneficial in helping you to understand the overall condition of the home, as well as the home inspection report at the conclusion of the inspection.

You will receive a printed summary and a comprehensive itemized report, as well as maintenance tips.  The report includes informational sheets explaining the areas inspected.  We use a digital camera as needed when inspecting a home (We keep the privacy of the home owners intact.).  At your request, a copy of the home inspection report can be viewed online, emailed, faxed or mailed.

When choosing a home inspection company, it is NOT always a sign of a bargain to go with the lowest priced inspector. It is wise to look at an inspector's experience, affiliations, training and references over the price of the inspection.
